Warranty and Refund

If you are not happy with the item we have sent you or it was not what you were after we will happy to exchange it for you or give you a store credit (Postage is at your own cost) Or drop it of at 16 Calliope st Guildford NSW 2161

Goods returned must be in the condition they were sent

If a product you have purchased is faulty, send it back with the receipt and we will have it examined by the manufacturer. If it is deemed to be faulty we will send you a new one. If the item is no longer in stock we will inform you of this and either send you a similar item, give you a store credit or refund your money.

3. In-Person Return: For local customers, you have the option to drop off the item in person at our physical location:
